The Trafalgar

Simon bought The Trafalgar in Summer 2005 and with the help of architect Neil Dusheiko, in over just 3 months completely transformed its 2000 square feet, moving in with Charlotte his daughter in time for Christmas that year.

The Trafalgar has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a den, a study, and a 50' living room with deck looking on to the Thames. A speed boat sits at the stern giving access to the pubs and restaurants of the river, as well as Sainsburys in Fulham, the sporting facilities of the Thames Estuary and even further to France and Holland.

Simon says he reckons it is probably the best place to live in London, and the river the last untapped opportunity of the city.
